Electrophoretic procedure for the deposition of coatings on metal substrates. The process involves two successive phases: immersion of the element to be coated in a both, including ligand and ceramic particles in suspension in a liquid matrix, and a phase in which an electric field is applied to the bath, by means of electrodes, in order to achieve the migration and deposition of ligand particles on the element to be coated and, at the same time, transportation and codeposition of the ceramic particles.
